"A Magical Stay at La Valise Resort – Pure Perfection! From the moment we arrived at La Valise Resort to the (very sad) moment we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The setting is a dream — nestled in an authentic and vibrant street filled with charming restaurants, shops, and lush greenery that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into paradise. We had both a beachfront room and a jungle-side room, and each one had its own unique magic. Both were beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and offered the perfect mix of luxury and tranquility. A special thank you to Letty and the incredible concierge team — their attention to detail and genuine care made our stay seamless. I highly recommend letting them assist with any arrangements; they truly make everything effortless and perfect. Carlos, Eddie, and all the servers made us feel as though we were the only visitors at the resort. They were incredibly attentive and also brought fun energy to every meal and interaction. The spa experience was unforgettable — Lorena and Nuri gave some of the best massages we’ve ever had. So relaxing and restorative. And then there’s Nu Restaurant… no surprise it holds Michelin recognition. Over the course of the week, we tasted nearly everything on the menu, and each dish was outstanding. Choosing a favorite is impossible — every bite was extraordinary. La Valise isn’t just a resort, it’s an experience. One we can’t wait to relive."

"Wow! Where do I even begin... first off let me start by saying I have worked in the luxury hospitality industry for 18 years now and it is pretty hard to impress me. Having trained with companies such as Ritz Carlton, Fairmont and Canyon Ranch I know what luxury and providing exceptional memories for guests should feel like and let me tell you La Valise and Namron Hospitality exceeded my expectations. My husband and I celebrated our small wedding at their Nu restaurant right next to our hotel La Valise. From my first email back in the summer of 2024 with Fernanda their events coordinator to our arrival everything was flawless. I was nervous to plan such an occasion from the US not being able to see my location or meet my vendors in person but her communication and help planning it all from such a distance made me feel very at ease. She provided all the images I needed and helped me find the right florist and put together a great dinner menu for my guests. Irving was incredibly helpful in finding our perfect wedding suite and booking an amazing personalized cenote tour for us with a great tour guide Manu! The property and the grounds are beautifully kept with very tasteful art touches by local artists. We were greeted and toured upon arrival and given all the tools for effortless communication during our stay. The property never felt crowded and we felt like family being greeted by name daily and congratulated for our special event. Every staff member was warm and inviting! We had breakfast each morning overlooking the beach and ALL the servers were so kind and anticipated every need we could possibly have. We had the Jungle suite with the roll out bed overlooking the pool and it was an absolute dream! We were scheduled to change rooms the day after our wedding and they were able to accommodate us in our suite an extra day which was such a blessing!!! The night of our wedding we returned to heart shaped rose petals and champagne to celebrate our new journey. The professionalism, warmth and personalized touches have created memories we won't ever forget and we look forward to celebrating many Anniversaries at La Valise and their sister properties! "We stayed at La Valise Tulum for 5 nights at the Cenote Master room and had the most unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the property-whether on the jungle side or the beach side-felt like stepping into a dream. Every detail, from the lush greenery to the carefully curated design, created an intimate, tranquil atmosphere. Mornings were pure magic. We'd sip fresh green juice and rich coffee while watching the sun rise over the ocean or next to the pool. The Breakfast was always a highlight-fresh fruit, pastries, and perfectly prepared dishes that tasted so good. The pools were romantic, secluded, and just as stunning at night as during the day. The private beach was equally special-quiet, with soft golden sand and shaded palapas perfect for lazy afternoons. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. The hotel staff and concierge were exceptional-warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay incredible. From arranging activities, restaurant reservations to offering local tips and tricks, they made us feel completely at home, and by the end of the week they felt like good friends that it was hard to say goodbye. We also treated ourselves to the spa, which was top-notch in every way-soothing ambiance, skilled therapists, and a deep sense of relaxation that stayed with us long after. La Valise is the kind of place you never want to leave, and we already know we'll be returning many times. It's a hidden gem that we'll be telling all our friends and family about!"

"La Valise was the final stop on our Tulum getaway, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect way to end the trip. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly front-of-house team, and as we sipped our welcome cocktails, we were given a short tour of the property. The location is truly breathtaking—from the moment you walk through the lush gardens and into the heart of the main beachside area of the hotel, the first glimpse of the sea is absolutely staggering. Dining with that view, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is a memory we’ll cherish for a long time. Our room was on the beach side, tucked within the gardens. We loved it—especially the private plunge pool and the super comfortable bed. The ceiling fans were also a big plus for us; we’ve always preferred them to air conditioning (though the room had both). One evening, we were even treated to a surprise visit from the three raccoons we’d enjoyed watching during our stay at Radhoo! They popped by, peeped through the sliding doors window, and then scurried off into the night. Food and drinks were excellent—high-quality and beautifully presented throughout. La Valise delivers exceptional service across the board. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely, always going the extra mile. The waiters worked incredibly hard, especially in the heat, but always seemed happy to be there and took fantastic care of us. The management and front-of-house team couldn’t do enough to help. As we were celebrating our anniversary during our stay, we received a beautiful card and gift with such kind words—it was a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel special. We shared some fun conversations with the team, and by the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to new friends. It wouldn’t be fair to single any one of the waiting staff out, as the whole team was so friendly. However we would make special mention of the concierge team - Angela, Elias, Alan, Jorge, Manuel and Selzin. One of the standout features of La Valise is its split between the beachfront and jungle sides. The jungle pool area is absolutely gorgeous, with a laid-back bar and a tranquil atmosphere that makes it feel like a hidden oasis. It’s the perfect balance of beach and nature. La Valise is what we’d describe as ‘luxury boho’—thoughtful design, a serene atmosphere, and faultless service, all with its own unique magic. We couldn’t recommend it more highly."

From the moment we arrived, the peaceful vibe of the hotel made us feel like we’d stepped into a little jungle sanctuary. 🌿✨ We stayed in the Roll Out to the Stars suite, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The bed rolls out onto the terrace, so we got to fall asleep under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the jungle. It was such a unique experience and something we’ll be talking about for years to come. 🌌 The room’s design was simple yet beautiful, with natural finishes and thoughtful details that made it feel warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we loved the balance of privacy and connection to nature. That said, the jungle does come with its quirks—on our last day, I got a tiny sting from a little scorpion. It wasn’t serious, but it’s a good reminder that nature is all around you here! If you’re looking for a place that combines relaxation, adventure, and something completely different, La Valise Tulum is a perfect choice. It’s not your typical hotel experience, and that’s exactly what makes it so special!"
